Low Stock Alerts monitors inventory levels in your Shopify store and emails you when products fall below a threshold you set.
When you install the app, we store:
To generate alerts, the app reads your product and inventory data from Shopify. This data is not stored beyond what is listed above.
We do not access, store, or process any customer data. We do not read orders, customer records, payment information, or personal data belonging to your shoppers.
Solely to send you the low-stock alerts you have configured. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in the United States. The application runs on Fly.io in the United States. Alert emails are delivered through Resend. These providers process data only as necessary to operate the service.
When you uninstall the app, all data associated with your store is deleted immediately. As an additional safeguard, we honour Shopify's shop data redaction request, which arrives approximately 48 hours after uninstall.
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing lowstockalerts.support@gmail.com. Uninstalling the app achieves the same result immediately.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
